What is your returns policy?
4Knines products are backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We want you to be happy! You may return your 4Knines cover for any reason within the first 30 days for a full refund (Note: There is a grace period for purchases during November and December. Any item purchased during this timeframe can be returned until January 15).
How do I submit a return?
Please email your order information to support@4Knines.com for assistance with your return within 30-days of purchase. We will provide a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. If you need any assistance call 888-602-2509.
How soon after I return the item will I see my refund?
Once you return your 4Knines cover, please send the tracking number to support@4Knines.com. We will issue a refund when the cover is received in our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming your refund status, and the refund will appear in your account within a few days.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer Free Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) to addresses in the continental US. Shipping to Non-continental US is $9.99. Expedited shipping is available within the continental US for a flat fee of $7.99 and usually arrives within 2-3 business days.
Where do you ship to?
Do you offer international shipping? We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and to APO addresses. We are not able to ship to international addresses at this time.
When will my package arrive?
Orders with standard shipping typically arrive within 7 business days. Expedited orders arrive in 2-3 business days. You will receive tracking details when your order ships.
