4Knines started with two Dobermans, a messy back seat, and a simple thought: there has to be something better. When Jim and Maggie couldn’t find a seat cover that could actually stand up to life with their dogs, they decided to create one themselves. What began as a solution for their own family soon became something much bigger.
Then came twin girls—and a whole new kind of back-seat chaos. Muddy paws were joined by muddy cleats, dog hair by crumbs and spills, and family adventures seemed to bring a little bit of everything into the car. Through it all, one thing has remained at the heart of 4Knines: listening to our customers. Their ideas, challenges, and everyday experiences have helped us improve our products, solve problems we hadn’t thought of, and create better ways to protect the vehicles that carry the people, pets, and things we love.
