Product Materials & Chemical Disclosure

Last Updated: October 13, 2026
At 4Knines, we are committed to delivering durable, high-quality products designed for everyday use with pets and vehicles. We work with manufacturing partners to maintain product quality and evaluate applicable product safety requirements.
Like many consumer products made from textiles, plastics, coatings, and other manufactured materials, our products may contain or come into contact with chemical substances during raw material production, manufacturing, processing, packaging, or transportation.
We provide the following information to promote transparency regarding product materials and applicable chemical regulations.

California Proposition 65
California Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings when certain products expose consumers to chemicals identified by the State of California as causing cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm, unless an applicable exemption or exception applies.
Some chemicals listed under Proposition 65 may occur in materials commonly used in consumer products, including textiles, plastics, dyes, coatings, adhesives, and other manufactured components.
The presence of a listed chemical does not necessarily establish that use of a product results in an exposure requiring a Proposition 65 warning.
Because materials, manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements may change, 4Knines does not represent that all products are entirely free of every chemical identified under Proposition 65.
Where required by applicable law, product-specific Proposition 65 warnings will be provided.
For additional information, visit the State of California’s Proposition 65 information website.

PFAS and Other Chemical Substances
Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are a broad category of chemicals that have historically been used in certain consumer materials, including water-resistant and stain-resistant textiles.
Depending on the materials and manufacturing processes involved, PFAS or other chemical substances may potentially be present in consumer products through intentional material formulations, trace impurities, environmental contamination, or incidental contact during manufacturing and distribution.
4Knines does not guarantee that every product or component is completely free from all PFAS compounds or other trace chemical substances.
The absence of a particular chemical from supplier documentation or available testing does not necessarily establish that the chemical is absent at every detectable concentration.
Chemical testing methodologies, detection limits, regulatory definitions, and applicable standards may differ by substance, product, and jurisdiction.
4Knines evaluates applicable regulatory requirements and supplier information as appropriate.

Product Materials and Manufacturing
4Knines products may incorporate various materials, including synthetic fabrics, waterproof barriers, coatings, adhesives, plastics, metals, and other components.
Material formulations and manufacturing processes may vary between products, suppliers, and production batches.
Information concerning product materials and chemical composition is based on available supplier documentation, product specifications, and testing information, where applicable.

Regulatory Compliance
4Knines seeks to comply with applicable product safety, chemical disclosure, and consumer protection requirements.
Applicable requirements may vary by product, jurisdiction, chemical substance, and intended use.
Nothing in this disclosure is intended to replace any product-specific warning, labeling, or other notice required by applicable law.~
