What is your returns policy?

-Our products are backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. You can return your product for any reason within the first 90 days for a full refund.  

How soon after I return the item will I see my refund?

-You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How do I submit a return?

-If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

What is your return mailing address and what needs to be included in the return?

-To return a product the product needs to be shipped to the address below with your name, order number, email address or telephone number.

Shipping Information 

Do you offer free shipping?

-We offer free shipping to the continental US.  

-Expedited shipping is available within the continental US for a flat fee of $10.00 and usually arrives within 2-3 business days.  

Where do you ship to? Do you offer international shipping?

-We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.   We are not taking orders for international shipping at this time.

When will my package arrive?

-Your order will ship the next business day after you place your order and generally arrives within 5-7 business days.
